We have always relied on the professionalism of iAID when arranging home care during and after my father’s hospital visits. Our main contact, J.L. and the competent staff work hard to match the right person with my father. Jen is very accessible and responds to any questions we have right away. She and Alix go out of their way to stop by and discuss things with my father in person with the added touch of a beautiful bouquet of flowers on occasion. His current caregiver even came to the hospital to get some tips on physical therapy from his therapist, and, on a separate visit, just came by to spend some time with him.
iAID takes pride in making sure they find the right match for their clients with in-depth background checks and interviews. And if there is a glitch in compatibility, the situation gets rectified immediately. The added attention they give their clients, such as sending birthday and holiday cards and thoughtful gifts, really shows how serious they are in making everyone feel well taken care of. I would highly recommend the services of iAID Home Care for their excellence in providing care, their friendly staff and sense of professionalism.

iAID was a godsend! My sisters and I were so worried about my mom’s post-surgery recuperation and needed respite care immediately. We wanted to take care of her ourselves but were unable to do so due to our work schedules.

Within a day of notifying iAID, a care coordinator from the Windsor office was at my mom’s doorstep. They are Professional and caring, they made my mom’s recovery as pleasant as it could possibly have been.
I wholeheartedly recommend iAID to anyone in need of competent, professional, caring home care services. As an added bonus, the administrative staff are sensitive, courteous and respectful, and the caregivers are amazing! We couldn’t have been more satisfied.

I have never taken the time to write a letter to the editor, but thought this was certainly a situation where it was warranted. I want to thank you for iAID for all you've done!
My grandmother recently passed away and my husband and I moved my grandfather in with us. He very rapidly deteriorated, literally within a short matter of days.

My grandmother recently passed away and my husband and I moved my grandfather in with us. He very rapidly deteriorated, literally within a short matter of days.
We desperately needed help with his care, but it was a Sunday and I thought we could not reach anyone until Monday. I googled for local home care agencies and iAID was the first one to pop up! Other agencies only operate Monday - Friday, iAID reps were available on Sunday evening!
The care coordinator immediately began the care assessment process. iAID provided us with excellent care, and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs senior care. All of the caregivers who worked with my grandfather were skilled and loving, and we felt as if they were part of our family. Thank you sincerely from our whole family for everything.
