iAID's Physical Therapy program aims to restore optimal physical function, prevent future injury and maintain good health.

Our Therapy services are designed to address a wide range of patient needs while helping restore muscle strength, full-range of mobility, and functional independence at home following injury, illness, disability or surgery.  Based on each individual's needs, our iAID Physical Therapy Program (iAIDPTP) will provide clients with Individualized Therapy plans tailored to assist with full recovery and maintenance of long-term well being.

iAID offers a post-surgery physical therapy program where a patient’s functional skill, safety and balance are assessed. iAID's Physical Therapy and Rehab team will work with the patient and Doctors to determine each patient’s specific need for adaptive equipment, rehabilitation services, or community resources.

Regain Strength & Avoid Falls

Falls are a major reason for emergency room visits for seniors each year, potentially leading to serious long-term consequences.  iAID's Physical Therapy Assistance Program also provides all the necessary education for fall prevention, which are used to identify those patients at a high fall risk. Therapist will use different strategies to determine risks during a home assessment, while providing treatments and interventions necessary to reduce those risks.

For lasting benefits, particularly in a home care setting, our Physical Therapy Assistance team aims to work with our clients on strengthening muscles, improving mobility, and also educating caregivers on providing further Therapy care with patients when Physical Therapists are not present.
